Tell us a bit about yourself
I am a late starter to painting and am now totally immersed in producing art I love. I started painting four years ago and have tried many styles and effects. I am drawn to an impressionist style and paint florals, abstracted still life, and moments in time that captivate me.
My workspace is a cluttered chaotic haven. I am continually inspired and just wish everyday life did not get in my way. I balance my personal life with my art practice with great difficulty. I overcome creative blocks by sitting quietly and browsing my extensive collection of art books.
What is the best piece of advice you've received?
Stop being precious!
