ARTIST IN RESIDENCE MARGARET MENEGHEL OCT 23 - MARCH 24
We are looking forward to have local artist Margaret Meneghel join us at the Hub as an artist in residence for term 4.
Margaret is a Perth based abstract artist. She uses a brave and vivid use of colour and texture to capture the uniqueness of WA's landscape, seascape and urban life. Margaret works predominately with acrylic on canvas and paper using a range of tools to create layering and texture. Margaret is excited to be based in the Inglewood Arts Hub, inspired by the warm culture and rich heritage of the area. She is looking forward to sharing her skills and passion for art with the community through local workshops and an open studio at the end of her residency.
Margaret's work is held in private collections in NSW, ACT, WA and Europe. She has exhibited in the Fine Art at Perth College Exhibition, Lawley Art Auction, Lifeline Exhibition Juniper Galleries and is currently preparing for a solo exhibition 'A Collection of Colour' in Mount Lawley a the end of October.
