Celebrating the creativity of the people who make it all happen!
Inglewood Arts Hub depends on many people who generously volunteer their time, energy, creativity, skills, knowledge, and experience to undertake all the work required to run the IAH Gallery, workshops, artist-in-residence program, artist talks, and other activities provided by the Hub.
Friends of the Hub showcases creative works by some of the IAH volunteers.
Silvi Davidson
Silvi is a long-time volunteer attendant in the IAH gallery, since it opened in 2024. In this exhibition, Silvie shares her humorous perceptiveness and deconstructs and reinterprets common terms and phrases in her playful series about eyes.
Margery Goodall
Award-winning artist Margery Goodall has a longstanding creative practice focusing on stitched cloth, with a more recent addition of assemblages of found objects and waste materials. Margery's work has been displayed in selective exhibitions in Australia and internationally since 1999. Margery's work explores how we as individuals, and as a society, interact with the land around us; and how and why the relationship has changed over time. Margery volunteers as the Chair of the IAH Management Committee and as one of the two Coordinators of IAH's Artist in Residence Program.
Dawn McIntyre
Award-winning artist Dawn McIntyre has always been creative. She is particularly fond of hand sewing, visual journalling, and mixed media. Dawn has won the Mixed Media Art Awards 2007 City of Stirling, 2019 and 2020 City of Joondalup. Dawn began as a gallery attendant in September 2025, which she says she finds inspiring.
Chris Oakley
Chris has been involved with the Inglewood Arts Hub since its beginning, and is an attendant in the gallery. Chris has a background in architecture which informs his paintings (detail below).

Annette Ong
Annette began volunteering as a gallery attendant in August 2025. She does beautiful detailed drawings.
Zoe Yannakis
Zoe works full-time and volunteers as a gallery attendant on Saturday afternoons. She also creates exquisite taxidermy (example below).
