Service Description

These fun, weekly sessions are for the beginner wanting an introduction to various types of textiles, find out what you love and what you would like to explore further. We will have some basics available such as a sewing machine and will be led by the interests of the participants. Each week there will be an opportunity to explore a specific textile technique. Some materials/kit fees may apply. This group is also for people wanting to bring their own textile project and share the company of others. Age range : Adults Wednesdays 10am - 12.30 Term 4 2 October - 18 December 2024 Group Facilitator Inglewood Artist Louise Wells, creates artworks using hand and machine stitch, fabric manipulation and simple printing techniques, mostly with recycled textiles.
