Textile Social Group

These fun, weekly sessions are for the beginner wanting an introduction to various types of textiles, find out what you love and what you would like to explore further. This group is also for people wanting to bring their own textile project and share the company of others.

We will have some basics available such as a sewing machine and will be led by the interests of the participants. Some materials/kit fees may apply.

Group Facilitator

Inglewood Artist Louise Wells, creates artworks using hand and machine stitch, fabric manipulation and simple printing techniques, mostly with recycled textiles. She has been regularly exhibiting her work for over 15 years
